Self-Installation:

Our pergolas are designed for self-installation by customers. We provide detailed instructions for installation, as well as customer support to assist with any questions or issues that may arise during the installation process.

Liability:

We will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the installation or use of our products. Customers assume all liability and responsibility for the installation and use of our products and should ensure that all safety precautions are taken.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
